I hate going to this dealership and dealing with that service manager by the name of Matt Shafman. Made an appointment over several weeks explained in detail my concerns, only to show up and be told it w service manager by the name of Matt Shafman. Made an appointment over several weeks explained in detail my concerns, only to show up and be told it was an after market remote alarm that was installed In my Q50 that was making the key fobs not work. I previously serviced my car here with the same issues prior with the key fob and the tire sensors they knew the after market remote was installed but yet took my money and charged me to do work that didn’t work. I go there today and they waste my time and tell me it’s the after market remote start that making the key fobs not work. But they took my money prior with same issues this place is such bad business and that service manager Matt Shafman is a crook. When I made the appointment on the phone why did they not ask if I had a after market remote start and save me the time. Every time I visit this dealership its xxxx. They feed you a bunch of nonsense and squeeze as much as they can out of you and if your work is not worth there time they will feed you some stupid excuse and blame it on you. People beware. More

Top notch experience. Pete kept my bill down and didn’t charge me for unnecessary service.
