"Hello DonnyL, I apologize about the treatment you have received. It sounds to me that we are not listening to you. It is true that there have been issues with the 9 speed transmissions. Chrysler is aware of shifting concerns and has been creating software updates to help. Honestly, Chrysler has been updating software very often. Your other concerns are not so common. I know that you have been here several times and are planning on going somewhere else. However I would like to offer to you my assistance in figuring out your concerns.
