I did nor have an appointment yet Artis was very helpful . I did not have an appointment. Artis was very helpful getting me in and out in a timely fashion. Then I asked them to install step-rails - did it for less time and for the exact money quoted. It's the same every time I come - my salesman (Scott has sold me four jeeps over the years) comes by and makes sure everything is going ok and makes sure to talk to service.(I always try to work with Artis because he always tells it like it is (and it actually is!)
