Electronics/radio replacement I have a tight schedule due to work hours and the service center accommodated my schedule which was great. They tried to fix the problem and even do I have a tight schedule due to work hours and the service center accommodated my schedule which was great. They tried to fix the problem and even double checked but it wasn't working so my radio will need to be replaced so that the issue won't happen again . All of this of course was out of their hands as far as being able to fix it or not but Fred was very professional and helpful . In addition my new vehicle had a leak in one of the tires and they fix that which was a great bonus... I'm definitely in great hands ! More

Artis, is the best thing to happen to Kelly Jeep I had a horrible experience to begin with and one that I am still annoyed about. Crazy noises coming from car, was told it was okay and couldn't get m I had a horrible experience to begin with and one that I am still annoyed about. Crazy noises coming from car, was told it was okay and couldn't get me in (even though full warranty etc and no rentals but of course). So I rented another car from a different company because I am a teacher and you know, I actually have to teach. Long story short, 3 people later and no call back from a manager. Honestly, I was on the brink of just turning in my car, selling it and just getting rid of it. I was basically crying in between calls. This was the first car I have done completely on my own and felt taken advantage of. Well, somehow I was lucky enough to receive a call from Artis. He knew I was completely over this whole situation and disgusted with Kelly. He got the car in, found the issue and had it ready for me to pick up. He connected with me and made me feel relieved. He understood how scary it could be and obviously that customer service is important. He introduced me to Beth who seems like an absolute doll. They are just two of the best people and that I firmly believe deserve a raise at least. They are making up for a lack of customer service from others. I have never written a negative review so I turned this review into 5 stars for ARTIS and BETH, and I recommend both ARTIS and BETH. I am sure there are other great people but I just did not have the opportunity to work with them. More
lost another customer I recently experienced trouble with my jeep and the dealership was NEVER able to find a solution for it. They were so persistent that the vehicle was fine, found no issues, and was told it was ok to drive. WRONG! After picking it up on several occasions, I would drive it off the lot and yet again, had the same malfunction at least 6-8 times within the past 3 months. My jeep was towed a total of 6'xs because of their bad judgement and kept it for weeks because of their lack of knowledge. Thanks to Kelly... I got rid of this jeep. HORRIBLE customer service in their service dept! DO NOT buy your next vehicle at any Kelly dealership or you will regret it for life. More
