Hello Kraig, I am sorry that you had trouble with your tire. Under no circumstance would we alter the tire in any way. Admittedly, it was our error in charging and performing the tire rotation for you ahead of time. You are absolutely correct when you say that you did not ask for the tire rotation. We accidentally rotated the tires and when we realized it, we did remove it from the bill. It was an honest mistake, but one we tried to correct by not charging you. The technician who performed the service had no idea that you did not want the tire rotation performed. We respect everyone and would never alter any vehicle in any way.
