Gabe was professional, personable, courteous, enthusiastic, patient, very knowledgeable of the Nissan products, and truly made the car buying process easy. I had done extensive research on 2013 Altimas, and was prior owner of a 2012 Altima, so I was focused on what I wanted to see and Gabe helped me find it quickly. I made it clear that I did not want any balance due on my 2011 Murano, including excise taxes owed That was confirmed. I was very disappointed to have received a bill from Nissan Acceptance, with a balance due. I would have never agreed to lease the 2014 Murano, if I knew this was the case, as I had extended my 2011 Murano lease to May 2015, I have been leasing Nissans from Kelly for over 10 years, I am very disappointed.
