I went to Kelly Nissan because a friend had bought his car here, along with his familly, and reccommended it to me. I was looking for either an Altima or a Sentra, either New or Used with a lot of features. I met with Corey on a Sunday morning, and he was very friendly. We had talked about what i wanted, and what I could afford. I had looked at and test drove a 2011 Nissan Altima with all the options that I liked, Sun roof, heated leather seats, a good warranty. After that, we had talked about financing and that process was really easy. Corey was really helpful in this process and explained the payment options and what I needed to do on my part. I ended up getting approved very quickly, and the insurance was taken care of and picked up my car that week. I would recommend Kelly Nissan and Corey because the whole experience was good and will be coming back here for another car after I have finished paying off this car. More
We bought a 2013 Nissan Altima SV. The best thing I liked from the entire team was that none of them forced a deal. The process was way more honest than other dealership that we inquired with. Having test driven the vehicle and burnt by the dishonest dealing at other dealership, we asked of a quote for the vehicle. Angela helped us with a quote. The quote was details and explicitly gave the details of the model and the break down of the cost. What I especially wanted was the base value of the car without the tax and other fees. Once we were ready to go ahead with the deal, Josh contacted us and personally picked us from our home. Once we reached the dealership, there was a little confusion about the cost of the vehicle that Angela provided us and what we were being finally offered. Unfortunately Angela was not working that day to clear up the confusion. I believe it was a genuine confusion arising from "recent graduate discount" and zero APR offer from Nissan. In any case, Steve agreed to honor the email conversation with Angela. And the whole deal was agreed in less than an hour after we arrived at the dealership. Carl patiently helped us with financing aspects and understanding the various breakups. He was patient with all our questions. To summarize, I would recommend this dealership for overall honesty in the process. I choose Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield though I had another offer which was about ~200$ less than what they were offering. The entire team is not aggressive and did not pressurize us for the deal. This was a very very pleasant feeling after the very horrible experiences with other two dealers. More

I came into this location on a Wednesday to have my valve stem replace. I spoke to someone about a price for the part and the labor. I was told to have a seat and they would call me when they were ready. when my name was finally called, I was told that the service department was closed after I had already been waiting for nearly an hour. then I was told I should've brought my car into the service garage, which no one told me to do so, otherwise I would've done that. I'm sorry but this is probably the worst car dealer I've ever walked into. what should have been done is tell me from the beginning that they didn't have time to look at my car, rather than have me sit there for an hour. Right from when we stepped in the showroom he made us very comfortable patiently understanding what we were looking for and suggesting options (not at all pushy like the normal sales guy). Very small thing but he quickly adjusted his schedule and ensured that we got a ride when we had no commute option. He smoothly worked with the finance and delivery team to ensure that we get the car on time. He is an asset for Kelly Nissan and I will strongly recommend you to work with him for your next car. Ray Ferguson – the finance guy When Sam introduced me to Ray my first impression was that he is very tough guy and I was mentally ready for a hard time. But as we started to chat – he was very friendly (he is a guy who looks tough from outside but very easy to interact). Lots and lots of experience that I could easily tell and he gave me an excellent finance deal. I will definitely recommend everybody to go with him for your finance needs. More

He found an option that worked and we got it done. I didn't walk in to buy a car that day. I was ready to, but had time to look other places. Amin made sure that didn't happen by doing an amazing job keeping me happy and stress free. That and finding me the perfect car! I would highly recommend Amin to my friends and family. More

And with two little ones in tow Ross made sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible, without any hassles or gimmicks. My husband and I visited Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield about 12 years ago and spent over 8 hours on a Saturday buying a car from them....this experience was nothing like that, it was 100% better. Once we got in the office with Ray, he had all of our paperwork all ready and he didn't offer us anything we didn't need, after minutes everything was signed and we were done!
