Overall my experience with Kelly was good. Our sales guy Mike was very nice and friendly he tried to get us the deal we wanted. However, Ray from the management team wasn’t so nice, he was pushy and forcing Mike was very nice and friendly he tried to get us the deal we wanted. However, Ray from the management team wasn’t so nice, he was pushy and forcing us to by more warranty on the vehicle and he had already tagged on an extra $2 on my monthly payment without giving a valid explanation and didn’t try to do anything about it. He just said that’s the numbers the finance dept gave him and he’s not taking off not even a dime, very rude and unprofessional. Two days prior on our first visit we were told by another member in management that it would be $2 less. That’s what happens when you’re working with multiple people, clear communication gets lost. However, I’m happy with my vehicle and they did a nice job detailing it. More
