Last week I went to Kelly Nissan to look into leasing a 2020 Maxima. Alex Mendez was the sales associate that I dealt with. Alex was really professional and didn’t seem to jerk me around like other dealers 2020 Maxima. Alex Mendez was the sales associate that I dealt with. The dealership took Approx $5,000 off the msrp right away without me even having to negotiate. I ended up leasing the new Maxima platinum. I really wanted to take home the vehicle that same day as I was not going to be around for a week to come pick up the vehicle. The sales associate Alex Mendez told me he would try his best to make it happen despite the finance guy telling me there was no way for me to get my vehicle that day. I lost hope, but sure enough, Alex contacted me about an hour before the dealership was closing to come pick up my new car. I was very happy with Alex Mendez’s service. Despite already getting the sale, he went out of his way to work extra hard to get all the paperwork done to meet the customers needs. I love my new car and if you buy a vehicle from this dealership I would certainly recommend asking for Alex Mendez to handle your sale as he is sure to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.
