Warranty service I wouldn't take my Murano to any other dealer for service, even though they're 100 miles away. Tina is the servoce writer to see! After a fabulous discussion with Jason D'Avolio, we were able to resolve the issues we had in Here is an updated review of Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield. After a fabulous discussion with Jason D'Avolio, we were able to resolve the issues we had in the beginning. Jason was great to work with. He was kind, easy to talk to, understanding and an all around quality executive. I wish all automotive executives were like Jason. He kept us informed throughout the whole process when my cousin's car was in to get tires and the body work done, which should have been done in the beginning but that neither here or there. Jason spoke with my mom and was very professional and respectful of her, listening to her and talking like he really wants to take care of us and make sure that we are taken care of. His customer service skills were superior. I was blown away of how a true professional he is. Too bad there is only 5 stars on here, I would give Jason 10 stars. After my mom spoke with him, he agreed that the tires needed to be replaced, as they were unsafe for the upcoming winter. He also had his body shop guy come down to address the ripples in the drivers side door. Although he could not get all of them out, as Jason said, they did the best they could. I believe them. The car looks amazing and we are very satisfied with the end results. Jason, thank you for listening to us and treating us fairly. My cousin will certainly come to you for service and I hope that you, and the rest of Kelly Nissan, will take care of him and treat him well. Remember, he is going to you because he trusts that you will not try to pull a fast one on him and that you truly will take care of his car for him. I am sorry, but I cannot let this go without being said. Josh Citron is the most utterly useless manager I have ever worked with. It is stunning that he has a manager's title, he is better suited for lot attendant, at best. What is astonishing is how he handled our situation. Totally unprofessional and no customer service skills AT ALL. Kelly Nissan, I wonder how many other customers he has treated like this. Needless to say, if my cousin, my mom or myself come to the dealer for sales or service, I hope to NEVER work with him again. In fact, the only person I want to do business with at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield is Jason D'Avolio. Corey Ragusa, the only person out of this experience that was pleasant, was able to find another vehicle for my cousin to look at. Corey was amazing. When my cousin brought his car in for service, Corey greeted him and asked how he was liking the car and had a great conversation with him. Corey was outstanding and a kudos goes to Corey for taking care of my cousin. Lastly, we cannot forget about Cavan Dunn, the GM. At first, when we spoke with him about this whole experience, he was nice, listened to our side of the story and seemed to be willing to help make our experience a positive one. Turns out, that was NOT the case. When he got back to us, he was a different person. Completely RUDE and HOSTILE. Almost like he was annoyed that he has to speak with us and that it is a waste of his time. He said that they would honor the deal, meaning that Kelly would take care of the damage on one side of the car only, and NOTHING MORE. I am sorry that this upset you Cavan Dunn, but I thought making a customer happy and help resolving an issue was important to you. Apparently it is not. Too have a GM like that is not only embarrassing, but what kind of leader is he? Makes me wonder. Thank you Kelly Nissan for rectifying this situation and turning a negative experience into a positive experience. Jason D'Avolio is an amazing executive and a fantastic person to interact with.
