Excellent Communication and Customer Service! I would like to start off by saying this: If you are serious about purchasing a new or used vehicle, you've come to the right place! Not only are the employees friendly, they are extremely helpful and accommodating. If you are familiar with car shopping, you know that sometimes it's not always a quick process, and the staff is aware of this, but they do everything in their power to make sure you are comfortable (and hydrated!). As far as the sales process goes, Alex did a great job with helping me find a vehicle that would suit my family's needs. He was very patient and made sure I was happy with what I was getting. He was straightforward and honest, which is refreshing considering the fact that this wasn't the first place I had gone to, unfortunately, but was glad my search lead me here! Thank you Alex! Carl over in Finance was also very helpful, and very nice. He made sure to communicate with me all the details of the transaction, and confirmed what was going to happen to make sure I was okay with everything. Thank you Carl! Lousy service experience I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the service. They conveniently “forgot” to apply the discount, but did I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the service. They conveniently “forgot” to apply the discount, but did their best to upsell me with a variety of services. They would not honor a coupon from another dealership which covered both the oil change and tire rotation for $24.95(which I somewhat understand), but would not even entertain the prospect of the discounting the service not covered by the competitors coupon (in this case tire rotation). I feel that they were dishonest and tried to sell me on additional services. Needless to say, I will never use them again More

Excellent Experience My girlfriend and I went into the Kelly Nissan dealership, having no real intention of immediately purchasing a Nissan Rogue. We had found Nissan Rogu My girlfriend and I went into the Kelly Nissan dealership, having no real intention of immediately purchasing a Nissan Rogue. We had found Nissan Rogues cheaper elsewhere online. However we sat down with Corey, and he immediately made us feel welcome, and did not give us any undue sense or pressure to buy a car. We test drove a few different Rogues, and once we informed him we had found cheaper cars online, Jason and Alex got involved, and actually went below the price of the other car! Not only that, we were very picky about the state of the car, and wrote a laundry list of of things we were hoping they could fix. Alex went a long way towards putting our minds at ease, and said he would do everything in his power to make the car look brand new. They were able to address all our concerns, and very quickly! The car looked amazing. I would highly recommend this place. More

Nissan Lynnfield I always go here for my oil changes and any other services. But the last 2 times I was there a mistake was made. Oil I put in my car is synthetic I tell the crew before they take the car. First time they took the car back in and re did the oil. Second time rrcently it was entered wrong ( hopefully) I took their word for it and got a $10.00 credit. More

Traded in my old car and I had no regrets. I'm glad I went to Alex to trade in my old car for a new one. Alex definitely took his time explaining all the features in every car I looked at.
