After talking about what I was looking for in the new Murano; we went out to the lot. Corey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It took us awhile to pin point which car we wanted, we talked about the new lease options & we drove off the lot less than three hours in our new Murano. I am happy with my choice. Not only are the employees friendly, they are extremely helpful and accommodating. If you are familiar with car shopping, you know that sometimes it's not always a quick process, and the staff is aware of this, but they do everything in their power to make sure you are comfortable (and hydrated!). As far as the sales process goes, Alex did a great job with helping me find a vehicle that would suit my family's needs. He was very patient and made sure I was happy with what I was getting. He was straightforward and honest, which is refreshing considering the fact that this wasn't the first place I had gone to, unfortunately, but was glad my search lead me here! Thank you Alex! Lousy service experience I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the service. They conveniently “forgot” to apply the discount, but did I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the service. They conveniently “forgot” to apply the discount, but did their best to upsell me with a variety of services. They would not honor a coupon from another dealership which covered both the oil change and tire rotation for $24.95(which I somewhat understand), but would not even entertain the prospect of the discounting the service not covered by the competitors coupon (in this case tire rotation). I feel that they were dishonest and tried to sell me on additional services. Needless to say, I will never use them again More
