I couldn’t be happier I owned a 12 year old Nissan Altima and I lost it in the “winter hurricane” and was well over due for a new one so I found myself wanting another Nis I owned a 12 year old Nissan Altima and I lost it in the “winter hurricane” and was well over due for a new one so I found myself wanting another Nissan. My friend and I went to kelly Nissan and I just wanted to look and not be bothered just yet. Up walks Alex and his charming smile and as he introduced himself I immediately changed my mind. He asked what I wanted and all the questions about features which I was unsure of at the time. We looked around and I settled on the car I wanted to test drive. It ended up being the car I had to have with all the bells and whistles I originally said I didn’t care for. Alex was so awesome in my whole experience at the dealership, from my friends fifty million questions to me going back and forth on what I wanted. He was smiling the whole time. Never once did I feel pressured to do or buy anything. He was so knowledgeable about the car and showed me absolutely everything I needed to know about it. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a car to go visit Alex! He made the whole getting a new car stress so easy and painless. I couldn’t have had a better person sell me my car. Surprisingly satisfied with all my requirements met. I arrived with my list of conditions for a low mileage, fair priced, pre-owned Nissan Altima in tip top condition. He said, “ I think we have a car that would be a perfect fit for you.” I was then introduced to Corey Ragusa, Sales Consultant. In retrospect, I can see I spoke rather abruptly stating, ”I have one hour”. “Show me a automobile I like, then and only then can we discuss cost, etc. etc.” Corey was completely patient, upbeat, and understanding, making sure I had everything I wanted. All my expertaions, plus, were met within my hour time frame. They did have the perfect car for me! As a bonus the manager came out of his office and said, “If ever there is anything you need or something I can help with, please take my card and call me anytime.” I’m thrilled with my purchase, thanks to the professionalism at Kelly’s Nissan in Lynnfield. Worst customer service I needed a warranty canceled, which took over 2 weeks, being forgotten on hold and waiting over an hour, and being laughed at my face when I called hi I needed a warranty canceled, which took over 2 weeks, being forgotten on hold and waiting over an hour, and being laughed at my face when I called him back. The car was exactly as described and we went for a long test drive. From that point, through the credit approval and paperwork process, probably about a little over an hour - a new record for us. No pressure, no hassles and the business manager, Shand, was easy to work with. Picked up the car the next evening, nicely detailed, full tank of gas, and Abe took his time ensuring we knew everything about the car's technology.
