I told him my budget and what I wanted in the car and he made it happen. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need!! There is a lot of waiting when buying a car and he was very friendly and kept a good conversation going while I waited. I will definitely only go back to him and will be referring him to all my friends. I highly recommend buying your car from him. He will make your process pleasant and fast. He had my car sold to me in an hour and I picked it up the next day. Carl in finance was also awesome!!! More

Repairing my remote car starter As you know getting into a cold car in the winter is no fun and waiting for it to warm up can be inconvenient/not time savy. I recently dropped my automatic remote start down a sewer and my spare wasn't working - this is not good for someone who has been spoiled with an auto-start. At first, I was pretty discouraged because the company that Nissan uses only has ONE remote-start repair man and he only is available 9-12 Mon.-Fri.. I am a teacher, so I am always working through those hours and was unable to be there during that time. However, I ended dropping my car off the night before to be repaired the next day. It was fixed by the time I was out of work, was NO charge to me, and I even got a complimentary new remote. Needlesstosay, I left smiling! The adviser (a woman) I spoke with initially on the phone was also very helpful and made the appointment. Then, the adviser (a male) who I had at the appointment was helpful. More
