Great Experience I had the unfortunate task of having to purchase a new car after totaling one in a very bad accident. Still recovering from injuries and having to deal with pushy car salesmen was not something I looked forward to, until I went to Kelly Nissan. I went there one day last week, very close to closing time and was greated by salesman Mohammad Khan. Mohammad was very easy going. I test drove a car, and looked at several others but ultimately didn't purchase anything. I left the dealership thinking "oh great, he is going to call me everyday until I buy something". Nope. I looked at different cars at different dealerships for almost a week without a call or email. I ultimately went back to Kelly Nissan after deciding I definitely wanted that make. After looking at used cars for over 6 hours and not making up my mind I decided on a new one. Not once during the whole 6 hours did Mohammad seem pushy, frustrated , eager. He was all about " what did you like/ or dislike about the car I just showed you" or " how can I make you happy" but not in a " hurry up and I decide, want to make money off you way." The whole experience with Kelly and Mohammad was great right down to driving the car off the red carpet out their doors. I am a customer for life. More
