It was also important for me to obtain warranty information and to purchase a package that would be more substantial. It was nice to see the numerous options that were provided and that I could create my own that would fit my need. This was accomplaished with the assitance of John Arena who did a terrific job! Outstanding! We started out at 9am on a Saturday went dealer to dealer in the Lehigh valley and was unhappy with the selection and overall experience! We have not We started out at 9am on a Saturday went dealer to dealer in the Lehigh valley and was unhappy with the selection and overall experience! We have not been in the market for a vehicle since 2007. Buying a third vehicle should not have been so difficult. We were in a bind and needed a vehicle asap and were ready to give up. Finally got to Kelly Nissan and met Michael Van Horn and everything seemed to become easy. He listened to what we were looking for not only type of car but price. He didn't show us or push us into a vehicle we didn't want or was willing to pay more for. Every other dealer we went to wanted our "credentials" before they would even talk to us!! Plus prices were not listed on the used vehicles. And we felt as though we were at a factory. All they cared about was the quantity they sold!!! Not with Mike! We felt at ease and not pushed over.
