I had 2 offers from other dealerships and was told they could beat. Colleen in the business office told me to do my credit app and everything was set. I drive an hour with my 10 year old son on a Saturday to wait 2 hours and be told that the payment would be higher. Colleen set the wrong expectations and in typical dealer fashion all I got was apologizes and nothing else. Terrible experience, misleading business operation. I will tell my friends and coworkers to avoid this dealership and strongly advise others to do as well. Train your employees on setting the right and correct expectations on buying a car. More

Don worked with me to lock in the trade and had everything ready for me to review with my wife. the experience was so good my wife who works nights came to meet me at the dealership and take delivery the same day in record time from my previous purchases. they also had all the accessories I wanted and they were installed before my delivery. I have worked with one of the business managers, Keith Hicklin, who had sold me multiple cars in my past, when he worked for a different auto group. He is my go-to guy for my purchases. When he told me about him working at Kelly Auto Group now, as soon as I knew I needed a car I reached out to him. He was super helpful and helped me get in touch with the New Car Sales Manager Leo Suncar. Leo and my sales person Don Singley worked their butts off to get me out of my trade and into the Maxima I really wanted. After much to-do about pricing and getting my payment in my "comfort zone" I took one right off the showroom floor. Couldn't stop staring at it. This was an amazing experience with little pressure, hard working and friendly staff. The transaction was quick, painless and pleasant. I was driving out of the dealership in 3 hours with my new car.
