I was offered beverages and refreshments as I sat in a comfortable chair to wait for my inspection. Everyone was so nice and friendly and like I said the price was very reasonable. So when I had gotten injured and was no longer able to drive the manual transmission of my 2009 Nissan Versa. There was no other place I would have rather gone to trade in my car. I had first spoke with Mike Salavanti over the phone to schedule an appointment to possibly trade my car in for a lease or buy certified pre owned vehicle. He was so nice and friendly and set me up for an appointment to see Peter. I met Peter who was super patient and friendly as we test drove different vehicle's for a lease. Because my budget is limited unfortunately the lease did not work out. And Peter introduced me to Mark Sawyor who was also very nice and explained different pre owned options they had available that would work with my budget. Mark introduced me to Chas Rute who was funny and friendly. He eventually helped me find the perfect car I have now. And with the help of Mike Salavanti, Chas Rute, and Mike Disora I know I have gotten the best deal possible. I am so thankful for these guys working so hard to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this dealership and all of the staff mentioned above. More

Mr. Santiago was courteous, helpful, and respectful of my financial abilities. I never felt pressured into a decision. In fact when it came to making the final decision, I somehow got the nerve to ask for a bit of time to myself to sit and really think, (to feel confident that I was making a wise decision). Mr. Santiago stepped away and gave me the time I needed to breathe and think it all the way through, and when I was sure, I motioned I was ready and we finished the transaction. That made all the difference in the world to me. Making a big decision like that needs to be one you are completely comfortable with, and since it's been 13 years since I got a car for myself, it was a big deal. Thank you to Mr. Santiago and the negotiation processor who helped it all to work out. I felt very special to have my beautiful new car brought into the showroom to show me how everything worked. I saw the car I was looking for on the internet at what I thought was a great price for the options included. I made an appointment on a Friday and showed up on Saturday before the scheduled opening. David Chevez (Sales Associate) greeted me in the parking lot and held my hand during the whole process. I was on my way , with my car in less then 2 hours. David's support didn't end there, he contacted me a couple of times during the next week to inquire about my satisfaction with my purchase. David also went over and above in expediting my plate transfer which was something I really needed.
