From sales to service to parts to financing to the cashier, everybody is very helpful, informative, goes out of their way to help you and really does give you the royal treatment. I have even had my salesman Eric Sparrow take time out to help me out with my bluetooth issues several times over the last two years with both trucks...! The Service Manager Jon Miller stepped up one day and helped me out personally when his only service advisor on duty was busy with another customer. I can tell you, that doesn’t happen in other dealerships...! I have owned fifteen new vehicles in my life. I bought two Fords from Kelly Ford in Allentown and now two Titan trucks from Kelly Nissan. Kelly Nissan is by far the best dealership I have dealt with.....period...! Every dealership talks the talk, Kelly walks the walk...! There is a reason in this very competitive business that I bought two vehicles in two years from them, and would definitely buy here again...! More
Don Riley was extremely helpful in helping me choose my new car purchase. We test drove a Pathfinder and was totally satisfied with the quality of how the car handled. I have been going to Kelly Nissan since my Saturn dealership went out of business in 08' or 09'. At the time i had purchased a new 2008 Saturn. Over the years they have been as expected: good service dealership went out of business in 08' or 09'. At the time i had purchased a new 2008 Saturn. Over the years they have been as expected: good service, but always trying to push for more expensive work or to trade in my car for a Nissan with deceiving "specials" . They also have my car in their system under my fathers name and not mine, even though i told them several times. All that was fine until..... Earlier this year (March) i went in for an oil change and question my check engine light. I was told the check engine light was malfunctioned and little could be done, but my engine was fine and not to worry. This past month(september) i went in for a routine oil change and yearly inspection. To my dismay, i was then told that i could not pass inspection because my check engine light was not on due to a solenoid issue , and not because the light was faulty. This issue would cost me around $400-$500 dollars to fix. On top of that i was told my brake pads needed to be replaced which would run another $300-400. The kicker was, according to their report, my brake pads were on "yellow" earlier this year and should of been changed then...Well i was not told that, and have paperwork to prove it. So in total, i had to pay almost $1000 to have my car pass inspection, for problems that could have been fixed if i was told earlier this year about them. I realize these kind of issues happen to vehicles but the whole way it was handled was a little too shady for me, especially knowing how they are always finding a way to nickel and dime me on previous services. I also noticed that the person i spoke with on the phone, who i will not name, seemed to avoid me when i went in, even though i made it clear who i was when he was walking by several times. With that being said, i will not be returning for their service, and hopefully i can help someone else out there. More
I went to Kelly Nissan with hesitation because I didn't think I would get approved for the financing of a 2012 Nissan Versa SV Sedan I was looking at. I am a working college student with not a lot o didn't think I would get approved for the financing of a 2012 Nissan Versa SV Sedan I was looking at. I am a working college student with not a lot of income. I work part time, and my credit was good, but it was limited and I had another loan on my credit and not much money down. I thought I would need a co-signer, which I did not want one. I wanted a car that was truly bought on my own. Scott Tophoney, my salesman, and Bill Pallo, the finance manager, truly dedicated their time to get me approved for a loan. I didn't think I was going to get approved, but Scott reassured me that I had a good chance. When Scott told me I was approved through a local bank branch, I was so happy. I did not think that would happen on my own nor did I think I would even be approved. I couldn't stop smiling. After I got approved through the local bank branch, Bill Pallo worked even harder to get my APR lower and he was able to accomplish that. Overall, I got a 5.19% interest rate which I still cannot believe it. Scott and Bill were very professional about telling me the different plans Nissan offers and I gladly took the advice of Scott and got the best warranty. This was my first time buying a car by myself and I do not regret any decision I made during the process. Overall, Scott and Bill were very professional and very nice to me. No one haggled me. There was no pressure. There was no push and no rush. I was very nervous to begin with, but Scott taking me through the process calmed me down. Kelly Nissan has two very good employees and by looking at the rest of the reviews, they seem to have the best employees in the area. I went there very hesitant and walked away with the best deal I could ever imagine. I never pictured myself driving a Nissan, but with my experience with Kelly Nissan, they made me a life time buyer of Nissan and a life time buyer from Kelly Nissan. I am so happy with the process and my new car. Thank- You Scott and Bill and the rest of Kelly Nissan. I love my 2012 Nissan Versa SV Sedan. My family and friends love the car. I would recommend Kelly Nissan to my friends and family and to everyone else. More
Eric gave me an amazing car buying experience. I went in there with only an hour and a half before I had to head to work and he made sure that he answered all my questions I had before I left.
