Best car buying experience I have ever had! We called on Friday and let Nissan know what we were looking for and how much we were looking to spend. Ten minutes later we received a call back from Eric with Friday and let Nissan know what we were looking for and how much we were looking to spend. Ten minutes later we received a call back from Eric with pricing and details for a vehicle. The pricing and vehicle were right in line with what we had requested. We had also spoken with other dealerships and the offer from Kelly Nissan was the best. I went in on Saturday to look at the car and complete the paperwor. Everything was exactly as Eric said it would be over the phone. They didn't play any games. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back when I need my next car. More

I researched the cars available online first to narrow my choices. Kelly's website was very easy to use, and there was alot of information available. After test driving a 2009 Altima, Scott presented the same Autocheck review that I had printed from the website. Scott also printed Kelly BlueBook information before we discussed pricing. Scott and Mike Desora worked with me on the trade-in value of my older Maxima. Mike also worked with John Robert Lim to provide warranty coverage that met my needs and that I could afford. I drove around for an hour after the purchase to get a feel for the car, and so far I am very pleased with my purchase. Everyone at Kelly kept working with me until we had a deal that both parties felt was fair. I will be recommending Kelly to anyone looking for a used car. More
