Called and spoke to Leo Suncar, who was direct, friendly, and patient. Went in for a 2012 Nissan, left with a 2013 , for what others wanted to charge for the '12. Recommend Kelly and specifically Leo. He has great product knowledge, which I always appreciated, and was very low pressure with a great sense of humor! Go see Leo at Kelly's, you won't be sorry! We were in the market for a used Murano, as our 2003 had passed the 175,000 mile mark -- after 9 years! Leo Suncar was a treat to work with, friendly on the phone and helpful getting information between phone calls. He even made a YouTube video "tour" of the particular car that interested us. Ultimately we were able to find something 40 miles, rather than 175 miles, away, but we appreciate Leo's being responsive without being pushy and friendly without being phony. Good experience. More

He gave me information I wasn't even aware of when it came to getting a new car, and I have to say, the advice he gave me has me thinking. I didn't buy the car that day, and I'm still looking, but I will most likely go back, if not for the Altima, something else. This is a dealership I felt very comfortable at.
