Since the dealership nearest to us, Rothrock, didn't have any 2012 Rogue's in stock (guess they're waiting until 2015 to get 2012's in stock), we decided to give our business to Kelly instead. It turned out to be the right decision since everyone at Kelly was extremely nice and knowledgable. We were happy with the trade-in value given for our Mazda and the discounts offered on the 2012 Rogue that we purchased. Even though Kelly didn't have the Rogue that we wanted in stock, they were able to get it from another dealership within a matter of days. Fred and Matt were a pleasure to work with and were never pushy like dealers we've dealt with in the past. We'd also like to praise John who handled the financing. He explained everything thoroughly and was also never pushy in trying to get us to buy something that we didn't want. We would highly recommend this dealership and would definitely do business with them again in the future. More
Went to look at a used Corvette Z06. When we got there they couldn't find the keys. Took them several hours to find them. After quick test drive I decided to buy. We applied at our local credit union a they couldn't find the keys. Took them several hours to find them. After quick test drive I decided to buy. We applied at our local credit union and were approved very quickly for $22k. It was a bit less then the car but we told them if they could do it we would take it. They washed the car and got it prepped. We were under the impression that everything was done and we were waiting on our bank to finalize everything. Hours later, we find out they never did anything with our bank and were working on getting us financed through 'their bank'. I was so pissed I left since they wouldn't let us take the car home and have our credit union mail them the check. Also found out they never agreed on the price we were approved for… so what were we still doing there then! They also tried to add in some fee for like $400 for a 30 day warranty. After cooling down, I decided to still buy the car since its a rare car and there weren't any others local. Faxed all the paperwork to the dealer so they could have everything ready when we got there at night to sign. We got there and had to wait 45 minutes to sign the papers... Signed a paper saying they would get me a second key. Its been over a month and I don't have a key. Bought a $22k rare sports car and got 1 key, no fob, and they didn't even follow through on getting me a 2nd key the promised and signed off on doing. And to top it off, my rotors are warped already... Won't buy from again and will never recommend them to anyone. EDIT for 5/17 - was emailed a notorized letter a week or so ago from the dealer telling me to illegally drive my car and they would pay any fines associated with it... but that won't help me if I get pulled over and get a crimal record... Still no plate. When I emailed ask the status as I was told they were sending someone to PENDOT to take care of everything this is the response I got back "sent your paperwork with my driver on Friday and they took the paperwork at the window but did not process it on the spot, I am not sure why. Maybe because it was a rejection piece and they were just double checking that they received our funds. I do have a call in to them and I am waiting to hear back. Please continue to use the letter I provided you and I will straighten things out as soon as possible, I apologize for an inconvenience this may have caused you. But, I can assure you that I have put this on my high priority list. If there is anything else I can do for you meanwhile please do not hesitate to contact me." Emailed back on 5/16 for an update. No response yet so I called the dealer and left a message for someone to call me back. I am to the point that if this cannot be resolved this very moment I want them to give me every penny I spent back and they can have the car. A car that I spent $24k out the door for is worthless to me if I cant drive it legally. At the very least I feel a partial refund is in order and while they resolve the registration issue they should cover a rental car and all associated fees with it. More

Some people think there trade is made of gold and want more then its worth. These people are stupid! Being a woman in her twenties, its easy to be taken advantage of but not once did i feel that way with don. He did joke a lot and it made me feel at ease. i would buy from him again and kelly. DON'T BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I bought a used car that I was told by the salesman BILL P. that these cars are all looked over and passed their 151pt inspection. I told Bill, please do not sell me a car that will leave me nickeled and dimed! He said “Every car we sell you, we feel comfortable selling to you”. So I bought this used car..I just lost my job a few months ago and had nothing else to put down on this car…it was the only thing I can afford at the time. I had the car a little over a month, got my first oil change and smack!! I had an oil Leak! I called Kelly Nissan to let them know that I had a big oil leak and they said "How many miles are on the car?” I said “153,000” the sales manager said “well, what you want with a car that has 153,000 + miles on it!? These things happen to even new cars”……Well, if you guys CHECKED OVER EVERYTHING LIKE YOU TOLD ME YOU DID, YOU WOULD'VE NOTICED THAT AND NEVER SOLD ME THE CAR!! WELL, I paid $3,000 for the car, drove it for 5,000 miles and the thing left me stranded on the side of the highway. I just got an oil change done and 2 days before, the whole engine blew. I thought the oil that caused it, nope, that was full. I took it to my mechanic and he said I needed a new engine and it would cost me over $3,000+ for a used engine. I WASTED MY MONEY AND TIME listening to these clowns at Kelly Nissan! The past 4 months, I have been working and I got a really good job. I am in the position to buy a brand new 370z or a WRX STi right now, but I will tell you this, new or used, I will NEVER buy a car from these guys again! They tell you one thing, they give you a crappy warranty on used cars “AS-IS” and after that time is up, if you have any problems shortly after that, they do not want to work with you. They tell you that you knew you were buying a used “AS-IS” car and on they go. Well, I’ll make sure to never recommend Kelly Nissan to ANYBODY in the future! **Update** 1/27/2012 Spke with Mike, sales Manager and he was very helpful. He told me he would help me out on tax and tags if I purchase another car from them. I told him I'd think about it. I already purchased another car elsewhere from Daniels BMW...at least they stand by all their cars to the end. More
