Superior Customer Service I had my two front wheels in the garage and already had a gentleman directing me to approach the front end alignment machine and Heather was there to I had my two front wheels in the garage and already had a gentleman directing me to approach the front end alignment machine and Heather was there to greet me as I got out of the car. I was there for my annual inspection and emissions check - Heather told me I could expect to be there for 1 1/2 hours and that's exactly how long I was there . When the check was done, Heather took her valuable time and went over the findings in detail. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. She did make suggestions on two things I may need in the future along with the prices. Everyone at Kelly Nissan is so friendly, helpful and has patience with people like me that have very little knowledge in regard to cars! Very pleased! Mike was so helpful in explaining things that were wrong with my car.
