Inspection done I took my car into Kelly Nissan of Route 33 today for inspection. As soon as I pulled my vehicle into the service bay I was greeted by a very friendly I took my car into Kelly Nissan of Route 33 today for inspection. As soon as I pulled my vehicle into the service bay I was greeted by a very friendly attendant who took my information and instructed me to go inside to one of the service techs. I entered the service area and was immediately greeted by a service tech named Jim Strubinger. He took my information and explained what service was going to done on her car and directed me to the customer waiting area. I sat in the customer lounge for about a half hour when he came in with two filters which were in need of immediate attention. I told him I take care of the small items which I can replace or repair and he completely understood that, there was no pressure whatsoever in trying to get me to have Kelly replace the filters. I personally like that. He told me they would be finished in a few minutes and he'd be back to get me. Shortly thereafter he returned to the customer area and told me I was good to go. It was a good experience and nice to have a tech who was so friendly and helpful. More
