Purchased a new vehicle and with a trade in car I arrived at Kelly Nissan at 11:30 AM on Friday, December 31 (New Years eve day) to look over some cars to possibly trade in a Chevy Sonic which I was I arrived at Kelly Nissan at 11:30 AM on Friday, December 31 (New Years eve day) to look over some cars to possibly trade in a Chevy Sonic which I was extremely unhappy with. I drove out of the facility at approximately 5:30 PM with a 2014 Nissan Altima that drives like a dream car. David was courteous, kept me informed during the whole process and did not try to sell me a vehile which did not meet my criteria and expectations. It looked solely for what I was interested in and stuck within the range of vehicles that met the payment amount I was willing to pay and could afford. He and his manager worked magic to get me that car financed since I had so much negative equity on the 2012 Chevy Sonic. I am so grateful that I went to that dealership and it was the best experince I've had in the entire life with a car dealership and I have financed at least 5 vehicles in my lifetime. Thanks to David and his hard work, he made me New Year magical when I drove off that lot with my dream car, I would highly recommend this dealership to all. More
