I brought my car to Kelly . i'm 86 yrs old and on a budget and I needed to be able to trust someone . I consider myself very lucky that Dylan G . was my service rep. right from the start he was very professional and sympathetic towards my car and financial problems . also he was correct in diagnosing my cars problems and I had my car back the very next day as he promised . once again Dylan great job and thanks for your honesty. Two hours for oil change with Appointment I made an appointment for 10 am on Saturday morning. I arrived at 9:45 and told there was an 1 hour 45 minutes wait.
