I have been dealing with David Dennis, who understands me and my attachment to my Maxima. I usually prefer to wait while the work is done and it helps that service there is always fast, even when parts have been needed they manage to get them pretty much on the spot and I'm out of there quickly knowing my car is good to go. The cost at the end usually turns out lower than the quote!! The waiting area is well equipped with coffee, tea, ice water a vending machine and wifi. 3 visits for same exhaust system repair with poor result I had an exhaust leak requiring replacement of the muffler and exhaust pipes form the engine. After the initial repair, exhaust noise was louder than I had an exhaust leak requiring replacement of the muffler and exhaust pipes form the engine. After the initial repair, exhaust noise was louder than before the repair. After two successive visits, I still had exhaust noise that I did not have , even with the leaky exhaust. Whether it is loose heat shields, leaking gaskets or a defective muffler, I don't know. But I do know that for 10 years the exhaust noise was at least 30 or 40% quieter than it is after spending nearly $1000 for the "repair". I think the dealer should have started over, put another brand new muffler and pipes and carefully insured that the heat shields, hangers/brackets and joints were properly secured to correct the issue, rather than returning the vehicle to me in its current condition. On top of that, before properly fixing this problem, they found other things that could be repaired for another $2000. Why do any of that when the last repair was bungled? More

My trade in was great and it met my financing goals spot on. My sales person Shawn was out of site with his attention to my goals and delivering without a hassle. The service department with Dave over the last few years has been so good I will take my wife's car in for service too. Five stars for the entire goup. Will miss Tina though. More

Excellent Service End-to-End Staff was great. Had my Nissan Altima transmission completely replaced. Couldn't have been more seamless, dropped the car off on Monday, got my rental Staff was great. Couldn't have been more seamless, dropped the car off on Monday, got my rental car (courtesy) and was notified on Thursday that my car was ready. Was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff, their understanding of my frustration of a new car needing service, and the timely manner in which they took care of all issues. I went to another dealer to get my car service, and was sent on my way with a transmission that did not work properly. Kelly (where I bought my car) took care of it. I will go to Kelly going forward and not deal with any other service places. They were helpful, responsive, and did the work quickly, and the most professional of the staffs I've dealt with in any service dept. I dealt with Khoa who is not on the list to select - he was very, very helpful. More

This was the most seamless and stress less experience ever.. I am amazed at the change in this dealership. My first contact was with Hollianne (by phone), I explained what I needed and arranged an appt. Hollianne introduced me to Saulo who found the car and set up all the needed paper work. He was exceptionally gracious,effecient,knowledgeable and thoughtful. He thoroughly showed me the features of the new vehicle even helping me set up my bluetooth. A very hard working young man with total integrity. Jose the business manager was also gracious and effecient. Everyone I came in contact with was as gracious and welcoming including the service department. It was a really pleasurable experience. I never dreamed I'd feel that way. More
