He is Even though I have moved to an area south of Boston, I continue to lease my cars from Nissan of Woburn specifically to work with Shawn Crowley. He is very honest and up front, and I know I will be getting the right car for my needs and my budget. This is the third car I have leased with Shawn in the last six years, and as usual, this was a very easy process. I was able to drive off the lot with my new car the very same day I came in to discuss my options. I would highly recommend Nissan of Woburn and Shawn Crowley. More

They did not do the recommended checks at this mileage. I had to take the vehicle back because certain reminder lights came on, which would not have happened if they did the job right the first time. They also do an alleged "Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection" on the vehicle. I do not know how, but the tires on my vehicle actually have more tread on them from the last inspection, compared to the first inspection a month ago. They also stated that the rear brakes need to be replaced immediately. This all happened in a month, and my front brakes are in better condition now, than when they checked them a month ago. I guess it depends on the mood of the person inspecting the vehicle. Maybe they get paid commission for recommending repairs? I purchased the Murano new at IRA NIssan Woburn 3 years ago. I always had the car serviced at Woburn and never had a problem until recently. It appears that the Service Department is going down hill and I am very hesitant to return for any future service. More

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure me into buying anything that I did not want. They were great with pricing and financing was so easy! Car buying is usually a headache for me but this time was a breeze! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car! More

After seeing 3 other dealers I called Sara and told her I wanted to lease a 2015 Sentra. She assured me that Kelly could meet that any offered price. I made an apt. and went with my husband the same night. Upon arriving and being greeted by David and Sara, I was told that the price for leasing the car was $199 a month. I explained that I came to Kelly because I was assured that Kelly would meet or beat the $185 price. David then told me that I was not telling the truth because he had a recording of the call with Sarah. I told him to produce it and he told me he had printed out a copy of the call which said I agreed to $199 a month. I told him to bring a recording of the call and a manager. The manager from xxxx, John Murray sat down with us and told us we were lying. He said he did not have to let us hear the recording because Sara had printed out the transcript. This got terrible ugly. We left after being told we were liars and terrible people. We bought a car the next day at Colonial Nissan in Medford. We were treated like valued customers and got the lease for $185 including taxes fees and license cost. Kelly in Woburn (John Murray) told us anyone who told us they could lease us a 2015 with no money down was lying to us. The people we came in contact with at Kelly were a nightmare and made one wish they could shower as soon as possible. We told our friends about this experience and they told us they had similar experiences with those people. BEWARE of David, John and Sarah at Kelly Nissan. More

Came to an agreement in about 10 minutes. Picked up the vehicle the next day and Dan took extra care to make sure everything was perfect with the car. This was a very positive experience. Talk to Dan, he is very good. Thank you all. More
Condescending finance manager who didn't get what he wanted I just wanted to take the time to express how disappointed I am with my buying experience today and yesterday. I went into your dealership looking for I just wanted to take the time to express how disappointed I am with my buying experience today and yesterday. I went into your dealership looking for a particular car—a 2009 Chevy Aveo with 17,000 miles. Practical, simple, point A to point B. I met with a very nice sales guy who's name I'm leaving out. I was happy with the internet price—already below book value--so I didn't even want to negotiate. Things got bad when I went into the box (yeah I've bought a few cars before--even sold them for a few months--I know a little lingo). I said I was willing to look at financing options separate from what I already had with USAA (because why wouldn’t I be) and the finance manager, Jose, was able to save me a couple percentage points. Great. I ended up buying GAP insurance. Great. Thought about it over night, looked at the book value, my insurance deductible, etc, and decided I wanted to cancel. I just decided that the risk wasn't worth the $800 GAP insurance contract. Keep in mind we're talking about an overall transaction that was well under $10k. I knew that my payment wouldn’t change when I cancelled the contract, but that it would reduce my loan balance. Great. I was planning on paying extra every month anyway. When I went to get the car today I also met again with Jose to cancel the GAP. I expected that he’d do his best to talk me out of it. Fine. What happened was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I have never been called “buddy” so many times in 10 minutes. Jose was entirely degrading and insulting. He kept telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about, that the risk exposure was higher than what I thought. When I pointed out that the contract even has the NADA value and loan amount right next to each other he told me condescendingly that, “It’s a typo, buddy.” Jose also told me that insurance on a total loss only pays out clean trade value plus tax. I know that’s not true. I know that you get the cost to replace your vehicle minus your deductible because unfortunately it’s happened to me. He barely helped me fill out the cancellation form, and then didn’t even stop me from writing information in the wrong spot. He told me to sign it and said he’d white it out to fix problems later (seems at the very least sketchy, right?). Needless to say I’m doubtful about the cancellation even getting processed, so I’ll have to follow up on that to make sure it happens. Too bad the condescending attitude didn’t work for him. Now Kelly Nissan have an unhappy customer AND a customer who didn’t even buy the $800 GAP contract! I’ll do my best to tell the people I care about to steer clear of Kelly Nissan. I would hate for anyone else to be treated that way. Although I do have to say, the car was a good deal. More
