Great dealership and sales staff I went to Kelly Nissan after searching online while looking for a new car for my wife.We went there on a Thur.to see what they had in stock and to get I went to Kelly Nissan after searching online while looking for a new car for my wife.We went there on a Thur.to see what they had in stock and to get a rough idea of a price on a new Rogue.We were met by Saulo Costa who showed us the cars he had available in that model. We told him we wanted to go home to decide and he gave us his card with his business # and his cell # and told us to call when and if we decide to buy the car. There was no pressure what so ever and he went over everything about the car,financing,options,etc.We called him the next day and asked if a certain car we liked was still there and he said it was.We went there,took the car for a test drive and bought it.The finance girl,Monica was also great at explaing our options and rates and got us a better rate than we had expected.While waiting for my new car to be prepped and the plates and registration to come in,I sat in the waiting area where people wait for their cars being serviced.While sitting there I watched and overheard conversations between customers and service reps and not once did I hear an unhappy customer. The reps would come out,explain what was going on and how much longer it would be before their car was ready.All in all is was a great experience for dealing with a car dealership. I have bought many new cars and never had as good an experience as I did at Kelly Nissan. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More

I went to Kelly Nissan because my lease was expiring and I wanted to lease a 2014 Rogue. I was a little reluctant at first because this was a new dealership for me because they had recently taken over my pr I wanted to lease a 2014 Rogue. I was a little reluctant at first because this was a new dealership for me because they had recently taken over my previous dealership. However the experience at Kelly could not have been better! Saulo Costa was great! He didn't pressure me into anything that I did not want and went above and beyond to get me the vehicle that I wanted. He guided me through the buying process and made sure that I knew everything about the vehicle before I drove away. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a positive buying experience and most especially I would recommend asking for Saulo Costa for a salesperson! More
I had brought my lease Altima to another service center for a oil change and a free inspection. At that time they informed me that our vehicle needed a new battery, they gave me a print out and the report for a oil change and a free inspection. At that time they informed me that our vehicle needed a new battery, they gave me a print out and the report clearly showed that we needed another battery. My wife and I decided that we would take the car to Lynnfield to get the battery changed, since we're business owners I decided to take it to Woburn since it's closer. When I got there I thought I would be in and out since I was the fifth person in the express line. When I got checked in I explain the situation to Tina and showed her the print out that I got from the other company. She said that Nissan had to do their own test which was understandable, I was under the impression That I would be there for no more that one hour. I can't believe I was there for three hours and five minutes just to get a battery changed. the reason I'm kinda upset is because I had to call my wife to tell her she had to walk to our business location while carrying our lunch and dinner, then she had to be there all alone and she had to find someone walking by to unlock and carry our security gate. That was my first time at the Woburn location, I'm not sure if I would ever return again. More
