Went in with the intent to purchase a new Nissan. Looked Went in with the intent to purchase a new Nissan. Looked at the car with Peter and drove it. Talked about the price with Peter and he came back with Went in with the intent to purchase a new Nissan. Looked at the car with Peter and drove it. Talked about the price with Peter and he came back with Brian. Brian sat down and 'Sorry we cannot do anything with the price" and got up and walked away We walked out ,very disappointed, and went to another Nissan dealer. Looked at the exact same car and talked about the price and they had no problem with what we were asking..The next day we went to another Nissan dealer looked at the same car and again no problem with the price. We purchased the car at the price we were looking for. I understand the business is business but professional attitude is very important. More

I would highly recommend Kelly Nissan of Woburn to anyone I knew that was looking to buy a Nissan vehicle. I have never had a smoother experience in the purchasing process of a vehicle(this is my third vehic I knew that was looking to buy a Nissan vehicle. I have never had a smoother experience in the purchasing process of a vehicle(this is my third vehicle I have bought 'new') Both Gary Masiello and Cory Casey were both extremely helpful. Gary was very patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the Nissan Maxima. I was able to work with him to get the best dealer package to suit my personal desires in a new Maxima. He did not try to pressure me into getting features that I did not need, being aware of my desired price threshold. There was no pressure at all. Corey handled the final sales process, setting up the extras, such as an extended warrantee, remote starter, anti-theft, and financing thru Nissan. Both performed an exceptional job from the moment I walked in the door until I took delivery and drove of the dealership lot. More

This is my second leased vehicle with Kelly Nissan of Woburn and I was even more pleased the second time around. I am leasing a 2013 Nissan Rogue and upgraded, but had a price range that I needed to stay Woburn and I was even more pleased the second time around. I had to ask a salesman to help me (NICE!!!)...anyway asked Shawn Crowley to show me a coupla Altimas...we looked around found what I liked took for a ride....Wanted that car!...didn't take long met with sales managers...to get a price I could afford...Done!!! Very Happy overall...we all joked & laughed while bickering (a very short time) but a great overall experience!! Gave up 3hrs. of my day but very well worth it! That's the Kelly Way!!! Joe and Kelly Nissan really exemplified what buying a new car should be like. They were straight with me about pricing right from the get-go, so there wasn't the "game" that other dealerships like to play. car should be like. Joe Gulino and John Murray are very professional. I purchased a lease through Kelly Nissan of Woburn only to have it delayed 4 weeks due to a title change issue that was an error at the corporate level purchased a lease through Kelly Nissan of Woburn only to have it delayed 4 weeks due to a title change issue that was an error at the corporate level of Nissan.
