This is a tale of two reviews. After visiting several dealerships in person and online, I found kelly nissan of woburn to be a reasonably priced, well organized and friendly place to do business. Sales consultant ted aylward was courteous, professional and knowledgable over three visits and several phone calls. I purchased a 2011 rogue; the the car I wanted at a fair ptice. It had been a surprisingly positive experience. However, this all changed upon finalizing the sale with finance manager eric krist. Mr. krist's deceptive methods, disrespectful attitude and demeaning manner left me insulted, agitated and uneasy. What had been an enthusiastic transaction was tarnished and cheapened by mr. krist's unseemly behaviour towards me. Even the following day, when making a down payment, he did'nt even have the common decency to step out of his office to shake my and thank me for my business. Unfortunately, mr. krist's disgusting display of contempt and unprofessionalism is my lasting impression of what should have been a five srar review. More
Came into the dealership with zero expectations. Needed a new car and was unsure exactly if I wanted to buy / lease and what I wanted. I had a 2006 Nissan 3.5 SL and was navigating to a similar model. Met Joe Gulino. Really nice Gentleman to deal with. We talked and soon was test driving an Altima. After we discussed options, and color, I purchased a new SL 2013 Altima very similar to what I traded in. The Dealership was very fair in working with Joe and myself to negotiate a deal. Brian Dudley made me feel comfortable with no high pressure sales as he went over the closing documents.I left their feeling good about the entire process with no regrets. Dealing with Joe was a five star experience. Thank you! More

I have been a customer of Kelly since 1998 and have purchased a few pathfinders and an Altima as well as recommending friends and family that have purchased a Pathfinder, Maxima and 2 Sentra's. After my old pathfinder was needing to be replaced, I shopped every car and truck and visited all dealerships in my area. After meeting with Peter in Woburn, I decided on an Altima. During my visit I met with Cavan Dunn the Sales Manager and Brian Dudley in Finance. All were very professional and friendly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian Kelly himself twice during the purchase. The experience was very much what I had experienced with Steve Vitalli and Jack Tutty in the Lynnfield location. I did experience a very minor issue with a broken clip on the seat and it was instantly handled by the on duty service manager. (I did not get his name but he did help keep my Pathfinder on the road for 2 years longer than expected. It should also be noted that I decided NOT to trade in the Pathfinder and kept it as second car to tow and haul around town. The truck itself has over 174k and runs strong. More
My experience at Kelly Nissan in Woburn was great. We were quickly greeted when we arrived and immediately felt that it was our salesperson's objective to get us a great car with the best possible deal. were quickly greeted when we arrived and immediately felt that it was our salesperson's objective to get us a great car with the best possible deal. Aurys was insightful, provided great advice, and was very responsive to my preferences. Our original intention was to check out other dealerships throughout the day, but Aurys wanted to make sure that we did not leave without purchasing a car. In doing so, he gave us what we felt was one of the best possible deals we could have received. We got a more than fair price for my trade-in and were offered other incentives which made the deal impossible to pass up. Originally, I wanted to add a spoiler to the car (which Aurys offered to throw in for free) but after consideration I decided the car looked best without it. In place of the spoiler Aurys included weather mats, which was much appreciated. I have had the car less than a week and have already gotten approached by 3 strangers asking about the car and the dealership I got it from. I immediately recommended Kelly Nissan in Woburn and will continue to do so. More
Dealing with Matt was a breath of fresh air. I honestly wasn't even looking to buy my car that day, but I ended up with it and happy that I did. Unlike other dealers (from other Nissan dealerships and oth wasn't even looking to buy my car that day, but I ended up with it and happy that I did. Unlike other dealers (from other Nissan dealerships and other car companies), Matt took the time to go over all of the specifications of the car. He showed me all of the new innovations and gave me a chance to experience them as he spoke about them. He led me around the car and even showed me options that I didn't even know existed. Other dealers just took me for a drive and then tried to force me into buying the car. When I told Matt that I was interested in other cars, he made it his mission to discuss the options of the other vehicles and how it compared to my new Altima. Another dealer at Clay Nissan bashed Ford and Kia when I brought them up, instead of trying to make a point. In short, Matt is as professional and honest as it gets. I never felt pressured or confused about the process with him. Truly one of the best salespeople I've ever dealt with. More
I stopped by the dealership on my lunch hour to see about the end of my lease with Honda, they got me out of my honda, and into a new Nissan, deal went smooth, Aurys was very helpful and also Eric. We had previously leased a Nissan Murano and had been very pleased with Nissan. As our lease was about to expire we were considering another Nissan lease. When we visited Kelly Nissan of Woburn we were greeted by Matt Alexander who showed us the new Murano and also the new Pathfinder for 2013. After reviewing the options that were suggested by Matt we decided on the new Pathfinder. I would say the our experience with Matt was outstanding and that he went out of his way to find the exact vehicle that we wanted. He explained the overall options and demonstrated operations for the new Pathfinder. I would also like to thank Eric Krist for all of his help with the finance option explanations and expediting the paperwork to complete the lease transaction. I would highly recommend Kelly Nissan of Woburn and found the staff be be extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating. More
After having a terrible experience at Peter's Nissan in Nashua, it was relief to come here. I was straight forward when I came in, knowing pretty much that I wanted to purchase a Nissan Altima and know in Nashua, it was relief to come here. I was straight forward when I came in, knowing pretty much that I wanted to purchase a Nissan Altima and knowing what I was comfortable spending. Joe was straightforward as well and was not pushy like my previous experience. I did not feel pressured and had an overall great experience at Kelly Nissan with everyone I came in contact with there.
