We had a really great experience buying a 2012 Murano SL recently from IRA Nissan Woburn. Ted Aylward was our salesperson and was exceptional. We looked at many different makes and models and visited many recently from IRA Nissan Woburn. Ted Aylward was our salesperson and was exceptional. We looked at many different makes and models and visited many dealerships. Ted was so easy going that we kept coming back to this dealership. I did a lot of research on pricing and I thought in the end, the deal we got was good and at least in line with any other dealer. We saved probably 12K over the more expensive Volvo's, Lexus, Infiniti's, Mazda's, etc., so in the end we are happy with what we bought. Visiting different dealers, I've walked away from other dealerships within 10 minutes because I didn't like the salesperson. There were a few instances at other dealers where we would have made a purchase (because we are busy and wanted to move on), but the behavior of some salespeople is really amazing. They won't show us numbers until we're serious, please, how do we know if we're serious until you show us numbers? There were other salespeople that were more threatening than anything...I don't have time for that crap and can't imagine going through with a $30 - $40K purchase with someone I'm not comfortable with. Anyway, I would definitely recommend Ted at IRA for anyone in the market for a Nissan. He also had great knowledge of all the car features and very thorough during the delivery. More

I went to this dealer to have them check on a tranfer I went to this dealer to have them check on a tranfer case leak on my 2010 murano. They told me they did not find any leak and when I asked them to I went to this dealer to have them check on a tranfer case leak on my 2010 murano. They told me they did not find any leak and when I asked them to put the car on the lift again so I can show them. Mike and Joe rolled they eyes at me like I was getting on their nerves. I did show Joe ( which I think was the supervisor) what I was talking about and he told me to keep an eye on it. The week after I went there because the oil was still leaking and they told me the same thing. The supervisor did not pay attention to me even though he told me to come back if the oil is still leaking. Finally, I decided to go to Quirk Nissan and they told me there was leak on the tranfer case. They took the car in, give me a rental and fix the problem. I think if I did not have the factory warranty, those guys from Ira nissan will not hesitate to charge me, or they probably do not know what they are doing, or they are a bunch of lazy people. I also think this supervisor should take classes and learn how to treat certain customer. More
The sales person had no clue about the Jeep that I was interested in. I had to deal with Mike, somebody helping Mike because he was new, a sales manager, somebody behind the desk and finally the finance m interested in. I had to deal with Mike, somebody helping Mike because he was new, a sales manager, somebody behind the desk and finally the finance manager. I was there for a while. My experience overall wasn't very good. I couldn't figure out who I was supposed to be talking to and instead of being one on one with Mike, I was 3 on one. The part that really frustrated me and made me decide not to return was the finance manager telling me that he didn't like working at that dealership and that he wanted to go back to Toyota. He also wasn't very nice when speaking about the sales people out on the floor. It didn't say much for the dealership as a whole and the entire experience made me decide to go elsewhere. More

On 02/02/2012, my girlfriend and I were excited to go look at pre-owned Nissan Altima's. We found a car that we were extremely interested in upon looking at their online inventory, and promptly called t look at pre-owned Nissan Altima's. We found a car that we were extremely interested in upon looking at their online inventory, and promptly called the dealership. We were told this vehicle was available on 2 seperate occassions by 2 seperate people. When we showed up an hour later, we were told that the vehicle was sold hours ago. They conveniently had a car that was 2-years newer and we were told "not to worry about numbers"... We test drove the car, liked it and wanted to work out a deal. Not only did they low ball us on our trade, they were unwilling to move on the price of the pre-owned Altima - at all. The general manager approached as he could tell we were not pleased, he apologized and then admitted that they told us the car was available in hopes that we could find something else, although they were aware it had already been sold. Complete waste of time. Today we went to Nissan 24 in Brockton and purchased the same car with much lower miles for $2,000 less... They also gave us double what Ira offered for our trade. This was the exact same car, in the same condition, with lower miles. My girlfriend and I were disgusted with the customer service and lack of integrity at Ira. You hear about the "old bait and switch"... It's still very much alive at Ira Nissan of Woburn. More
let me first start by saying my son bought a car from ira nissan,my wife bought a toyota from ira toyota so when my daughter wanted to get a car we naturally leased it from ira nissan in tewksbury-through th nissan,my wife bought a toyota from ira toyota so when my daughter wanted to get a car we naturally leased it from ira nissan in tewksbury-through the lease the service was fine but the nightmare came when the lease was expiring & we tried to set up times to talk w/someone to go over our options-we contacted the woburn store & was told we would have to go to tewksbury,as that is where the lease was done-we went to the tewks. store on 3 separate occassions after making appts. w/their staff & on 3 separate occassions they told us that there was nobody there to go over the lease w/us-(really great customer service)-i finally contacted the general mgr-voiced my displeasure & was told it would be okay now to go to woburn-an appt. was set up w/eric krist, who was extremly nice & went over all our options-we told him we would decide over the wknd what would be better-lease or buy-after making our decision i contacted eric on 4 occassions-and till this date am still waiting for a return phone call-i have had enough of this dealer & we went somewhere else where we were treated with open arms-never again will we ever step foot in any ira dealership. My experience with Ira Nissan was a complete nightmare! I have had a lease I got through Ira Tewksbury for 3 years and wanted to purchase my vehicle. I first started at Tewksbury, but after scheduling 3 appo have had a lease I got through Ira Tewksbury for 3 years and wanted to purchase my vehicle. I first started at Tewksbury, but after scheduling 3 appointments with their finance manager and having that person no show me 3 times, I decided to go to Woburn with my business. I went to Woburn and expressed my interest in purchasing my lease and they then told me that to do a lease buyout, I would have to ground my car there for 2-3 weeks while they acquire the title to my vehicle. They offered no loaner, just the option for me to pay to rent a car for that amount of time. I said I would then turn my car in at the end of the month since I had already paid for the current month with my lease. A couple weeks later, I called Ira Woburn to set up a time to turn in my vehicle and do the paperwork. My phone call was never returned and my 3 phone calls following that were also never returned! All I wanted to do was buy my car but I got nowhere with this dealer! I finally went to COMMONWEALTH NISSAN and their staff was AMAZING and I did not have to ground my car for 2-3 weeks! I did all of my paperwork within an hour and left with my car!! They take care of anything and beat Ira's interest rate by quite a bit! They were able to get a 2.4% interest rate. Everything about my experience with Commonwealth was amazing and even though I live in Woburn I will always be traveling to Lawrence for any service/repairs I need with my car as I will NEVER give business to Ira Woburn again. I had narrowed my new car search down to three makes/models to test drive when I went to Ira Nissan in Woburn to drive the Murano. We were met at the door by Art Otremba who took exceptional care makes/models to test drive when I went to Ira Nissan in Woburn to drive the Murano. We were met at the door by Art Otremba who took exceptional care of us from initial questions to final purchase! We were also warmly greeted by Mark Garabedian who made sure we were were getting the best deal. Everyone was very nice and not pushy at all. The often dreaded financing-and-protection-plan conversation was actually pleasant. Kenny Leung and Eric Krist were very nice and helpful. Art stayed in touch about my trade-in, to see what questions I might have after driving the car for the first few days, and made sure I had my new registration in hand and an inspection sticker in the window! He wouldn't rest until we were 100% happy! More
I brought my car in for transmission service after problems following previous service at Jiffy Lube. Mike and Van were able to walk me through the problem, that the transmission fluid used previously problems following previous service at Jiffy Lube. Mike and Van were able to walk me through the problem, that the transmission fluid used previously was actually the wrong one for my vehicle and potentially causing serious problems. They were able to explain the problem in plain english and recommended steps to hopefully correct it. More
