Took my truck in for servicing due to running hot initially in shop 1 week and 3 weeks later after turning AC on still running hot so I took vehicle back and vehicle remained another week with more initially in shop 1 week and 3 weeks later after turning AC on still running hot so I took vehicle back and vehicle remained another week with more out of pocket cost only to return vehicle again for another 5 days with more out of pocket cost. I was out of $1,900 and car still not running hot.I was told 3 different issues each time i took vehicle back under warranty. I eventually took vehicle to another shop and they fixed my vehicle remind you i was out of another $1,100.00 because of their misdiagnosing caused transmission to over heat. After going to alternative shop my vehicle has been running great ever since. BEWARE of this Nissan location they are not qualified to properly diagnose or service any vehicle.They will drain your pockets dry !!! More
Most horrible auto service every experienced Please do not take your vehicle here for service, we are a Nissan Family and they can never diagnosis the car , they have to call corporate or another Please do not take your vehicle here for service, we are a Nissan Family and they can never diagnosis the car , they have to call corporate or another dealer then charge for the consultation as labor. They even told me I needed and engine when it took them 7 months to diagnose a loose ground wire, have been driving the car a year and a half since. They are rude and any never are able to figure out whats wrong with the car one of our cars sat a week before they even looked at it . Horrible customer service. More
