I bought my 2025 Nissan Kicks on December 5, 2025. I noticed a month after purchasing the vehicle, that my front grille along with the emblem was cracked/damaged. I brought this to the sales departmen I noticed a month after purchasing the vehicle, that my front grille along with the emblem was cracked/damaged. I brought this to the sales department's attention immediately. They told me that service would be able to take care of this with my bumper to bumper warranty. However, when I went to the service department, they slapped me with a $2,500 bill and said that the warranty only covers defects - not damages. I showed the service department a picture of when I purchased the vehicle, and that's when my advisor asked with a rude tone, "So do you want us to fix it or not?" I was shocked by this and that's when I requested to speak with the service manager. He was kind enough to wave my diagnostic fee but said to repair the damage (that I did not do) would cost $2,500. Even though I just bought this car which is why I'm disappointed and disgusted with this dealership altogether. To take advantage of a customer like this, is very sad. I know that the sales department knew about this damage when they sold me the vehicle. Hence why it was a loaner vehicle to begin with. I contacted consumer affairs and they denied my warranty due to the damages. The service receptionist provided contact information to the owner and I plan on sending him an email by the end of this week. Hopefully he will make this right. More

I recently purchased a used 2025 Nissan Altima and I was concerned about a noise coming from the engine. My car was inspected and I was told the noise I was hearing was a normal engine sound. I was able to schedule the appointment on the same day of service. Eva and service department were welcoming, service was provided for travel to and from home. My vehicle was ready at time stated.
