I came into Kelly VW for a new car purchase. I found a more than reasonable price on their website and worked with Jason to hold the car while I was away for work. For this review I am going to skip the usual things that everyone has already commented on (The attentiveness, patience etc.) and instead focus on what I believe my sales consultant, Chris, went above and beyond on. For starters, due to a variety of reasons my fiance and I ended up showing up to our appointment ~45 min late. When we eventually walked in the door, Chris was waiting for us patiently with our car ready for our test drive. He then proceeded to take us on an extended test drive that consisted of both high way driving as well as a quiet local route that helped us listen to the car for problems. My fiance and I also wanted to be able to drive the car off the lot ourselves that day. Chris went out of his way to make sure that happened for us. When we had problems wiring the funds over, he even drove us to the local bank to retrieve a cashier's check! Overall it was a great experience. Chris was both helpful and friendly, and made this experience quick and painless. More

The staff were very knowledgeable and nice. They were not pushy and were willing to work with me in order to get the right price and features that I wanted or needed in the car.
