Steve was friendly and easy to talk to, he understood I was there to get a new vehicle and was looking to be on my way as quick as possible. With out to much fuss, Steve along with one of the sales manage was there to get a new vehicle and was looking to be on my way as quick as possible. Every employee,from the receptionist who greeted me upon entering, to the manager who met with me at the end of my experience,was professional and obviously, highly trained. In a relaxed,yet businesslike atmosphere,I met with George Sousa,who is a sales representative. He was patient,kind and knowledgeable. I had a particularly,difficult situation for which he was able to quickly find a solution. Moving forward,he answered many questions and often had to repeat information for me. Although George spent an exceptional amount of time with me,I did not feel pressured to make a decision. I am sorry not to remember the names of others ,with whom I worked,except for Kendra Milan. I was impressed by how well she knew and could explain the information I needed to know. She also showed patience and answered lots of questions guiding me along the way. Once the decisions were made and the papers were signed,George and Kendra made sure I was able to pick up my car as quickly as possible. I love my new Passat and look forward to a continued,positive relationship with the people at Kelly Volkswagon. More

I was greeted politely when I arrived. Jason asked me what I was looking for and then found 4 2013 wagons (which I liked). My car was totaled so I had no car to trade in nor a car to drive down and get my new car. Jason gracefully drove the car to my house, spent extra time patiently explaining all the buttons to me and much to my surprise it had a full tank of gas. I found Jason to be a very intelligent salesmen as well as respectful. I would recommend him to my friends. More

My shopping experience was overall OK at best during the nearly two weeks it took me to get my car, of which I have still not received. Terrin was absolutely awesome and should not be blamed for the margina nearly two weeks it took me to get my car, of which I have still not received. Terrin was absolutely awesome and should not be blamed for the marginal ratings from start to finish. After finally deciding on a 2011 VW GTI, I was given two different financing situations that ultimately led to me having to put some money down. This was not a problem in as much as I still have no vehicle as yet. The payoff to my trade was provided only to find out that it was $23.93 short. I blame the bank and the finance manager at Kelly VW for this inconvenience which led to be having to run to the bank and pay the shortfall. Great customer service usually involves the finance department of an auto dealership contacting the bank with regard to the exact payoff. Certainly was not done since the legwork was left for me to eventually discover 5 days later. As a result, there was a delay in me receiving the car which ultimately led me to the situation I am in today. I still have no car. Completely unacceptable for a business that prides itself on experiencing the VW experience. WOW. I am disappointed. Anyway, after clearing this up, I was scheduled to take delivery on 11-8-13 as I am a NH resident and need to register the car in my state. Tarrin drove all the way up to my town only to discover that the town office was closed the day before Veterans Day. This was not posted on the website when I checked earlier in the week. Again, absolutely no fault of Tarrin and I would expect him not to be disciplined in any way. I just would like to have my car since I signed all the paperwork almost two weeks ago now. I don't think Mr. Kelly would be too happy or at least I would hope he wouldn't be. I may not be buying a $40,000 car, but I am still helping his bottom line. More
