I had a great experience buying a used vehicle at Kelly VW. Obviously, like any dealership, it is the sales person's job to get you to spend money, nothing wrong with that. It is your job to do your homewo VW. Obviously, like any dealership, it is the sales person's job to get you to spend money, nothing wrong with that. Hazem was absolutely terrific. He was extremely patient and caring completely understanding my financial situation and urgency to purchase a used vehicle. He took the time to work with me through a series and caring completely understanding my financial situation and urgency to purchase a used vehicle. He took the time to work with me through a series of models and at no time pressuring me to make a decision. When we finally decided on a vehicle he worked very diligently to get me the best deal he could again taking into serious consideration what I could afford. What I liked the best is he never trioed to oversell me a vehicle understanding the payments would just not fit my budget. He also proved to be a great liason between me and the sales manager and was able to secure a great deal with his diligent negotions. Hazem was an absolute pleasure to work with and at no time came across like the stereotype "Used Car Salesperson". Again there was no pressure to purchase anything other than what I could afford and even waited around late for me due to the distance i had to travel to get to the dealership. What else I noticed was rather unique is he stayed involved in the entire process through the financing process and subsequest delivery of the vehicle. He did not just sell me a car and move on. This was a great car buying experience. Hazem Muhieddin was my sales rep. He listened to what I was looking for and presented me with both new and used vehicles. Said was the Sale manager working with Haz was my sales rep. He listened to what I was looking for and presented me with both new and used vehicles. Said was the Sale manager working with Hazem. I did not feel that there was a lot of the stereotypical back and forth. We came to an agreed upon price and completed the deal. I was asked when I wanted to take delivery and the folks at the dealership took care of the RMV, inspection etc. It was seamless. I had a few questions regarding a diesel engine, The team was responsive and made sure I understood what I was buying. More
