They did not order the correct part when they were getting the navigation system I ordered, so they refunded my money AND paid me to get a Tom Tom which was very generous. Everyone was easy to deal with. They restored my faith in car salesmen and in Volkswagen. I highly recommend them. More

Steve Warren gets all the credit for making my purchase of a pre-owned Honda happen. He answered all my questions and when he didn't have the answer he went and got it rather than bluffing his way through it. Once I decided on the Honda, everything went exactly as Steve said it would. No hitched and no excuses. Inside the show room everyone was friendly and Erin did a great job offering help or refreshments regularly. I have been in a good many dealerships in my life time but this was by far the friendliest and most relaxing. Even the final paperwork handled by Gene (who may arguably have the least enjoyed part of the process)was handled with efficiency and respect for the choices I made. I have dealt with Steve before @ Kelly Nissan when my wife bought her Sentra. My wife raved about Steve's professionalism and how he made it easy to deal with a car salesman. I called Steve to ask him about a Nissan Maxima lease and found out that he had moved to the VW dealership. Steve discussed all of the hidden costs I would encounter and he convinced me that he could give me more car for my money. He was right. I am now driving a VW CC Sport and am very excited to be behind the wheel. If more salespeople were like Steve, then "Car Salesmen" would not be perceived as shady (as I believe most people see them). Thanks Steve. I hope your still in the business at the end of my lease.
