2012 Mazda Mazda3 I am from about 2 hours away and previously had a terrible experience with another dealership in Canton who promised they would hold a car for me, onl I am from about 2 hours away and previously had a terrible experience with another dealership in Canton who promised they would hold a car for me, only to sell it to someone else while they were looking at my trade in. Making my whole trip a waste of time. Kempthorn was not a typical pushy dealership. Kyle was great, reassuring me that the car I was interested in would be put on hold for me so I would not have to relive my previous experience. Kyle and Denny worked great together, making sure I got the car I was interested in. Denny did everything he could for my mom and me, reassuring us throughout the whole process. They even bought us lunch when the paperwork took a little longer than expected! Everyone we worked with seemed like a genuinely good person, and I can't say how much I appreciate that.
