A few days after purchasing my vehicle, he checked in on me to see how things were going. I sustained some damage to a part of my Jeep not long after I bought it and Walter helped me figure out exactly how to get a replacement (it's important to note that I purchased a brand new model that had just hit the lots, so the vehicle and all parts were back-ordered for months - my part came in within a week) and when I came to the dealership, he personally made sure that the replacement was put on properly. This was my first experience with this dealership and I will never go anywhere else from now on. When I'm ready for my next Jeep, Walter will be my first call! More
