Never once did we feel pressured. Gage even gave us a tour of the service department. The Sales Manager, Ken Kukwa, was great. He helped us reach a deal and even tolerated our "haggling", while finding a way to meet in the middle. Bob Kukwa handled the financial part of our purchase and he could not have been nicer! The service manager, Bill, introduced himself and made us feel right at home- yet another super nice guy! Honestly, this dealership seems like it is made up of the warmest group of people? I knew what I wanted when I got there. I wanted to upgrade to a new Dodge Durango but I wanted the same payment. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but none the less, they found it locally. The whole process went smoothly. I was kept updated and Zaid made sure I got exactly what I wanted with my purchase. I had a smile from ear to ear the first time I saw my new Durango. That was MY car! I refer everyone I know here. I think of Ken Kukwa as family. We have been buying cars from him for almost the last 10 years. Not once were we disappointed. Our driveway is filled with nothing but Ganley vehicles.
