I bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade, and a day or so after the purchase, I saw that the jack toolkit (for changing a tire) was missing, as was a small plastic piece that opened to wires near the rear of the car. I called Eric and immediately my missing parts were replaced. I would buy a car from them again! More
