Large selection but that’s about the only positive I have to say about this dealership. The salesperson was unknowledgeable and said many things that did not make sense. From start to finish everything was extraordinarily slow. We were there every bit of 6 hours and the dealership was not terribly busy. My husband I waited hours to meet with financing while multiple other customers who were there after us got taken back before us. When we decided to pay cash, the finance person seemed genuinely annoyed. Now I get no less than 5-10 spam calls a day since, offering me business and loan opportunities despite the dealership promising not to sell my information. We have specific instructions to the salesperson about our new vehicle and asked them not to put the Ken Ganley logo on it and they still did. Do not trust them! More

I bought a brand new Jeep from them and it has been there for service three times already in less than 2,700 miles, twice for the same issue. Had to wait nearly a week to get it serviced because they had no for service three times already in less than 2,700 miles, twice for the same issue. Had to wait nearly a week to get it serviced because they had no rental to give me while my car was there. The past two service visits they didn’t have the curtesy to wash my car which used to be the normal thing to do. I bought a brand new car and have been inconvenienced three times to take it in, I expected better from their new state of the art service facility and building. We have bought several vehicles from here but unless we see something change will most likely shop other dealers first. More
