Bill's response was unprofessional & argumentative, and he seemed only to be concerned about how much they were going to charge me to reexamine my vehicle, correctly fix the problem, etc. Needless to say, I did not have them reexamine my vehicle & I absolutely would not recommend this dealership. I will find another facility that does not employ people like Bill Whipple. More

Each time after service I have come back for same issue Service department can not do repair right from first time. I have to come back for same issue at least one more time.I am just take my truck from se Service department can not do repair right from first time. They are replace ac condenser and after that my fen make a big noise they claim thet can not find any noise i was record noise on my cellphone and present to service department stil hace same isue . After that they replace my electronic start control. I have come back same day my key control buttons don't work also they made 3 rd key at the same time they burn my heating component it was work perfectly fine till I received my truck from repair. They replace heating component ofcourse they charge me then that part not working properly it take 3 week for that work first time I return truck imeddietly after service and they tall me that I can drive truck till they receive replacement part it take 2 and half weeks. They replace my tire pressure sensor I still have tire pressure lite on my dashboard I cal same day they tall me come back tomorrow that sensor looks very different then original sensor I do this review from dealers waiting room and I am vory what they do wrong next. I always maintenance my truck in dilership No one from managers come to me with any word not even apology Best guy is whole place is Mr Bill Whipple service department desk. The best experience I've had at any dealership. We traveled to Ganley Village because of two things. One, we couldn't find the exact SUV that we wanted anywhere here in New York State, this dealersh We traveled to Ganley Village because of two things. He knows everything little thing about these vehicles. Henry calmly spent almost all day with us and in the end we left with the vehicle that was perfect for my wife, and she loves it. We will travel to Ganley again, and ask for Henry, the next time we need a vehicle. More
