He was very knowledgeable about his products and you could tell he had a passion for the brand. He made sales/order process very easy and did a detailed review prior to submission. During the process I was introduced to Bob Kukwa who was very helpful, knowledgeable in the process of me getting a fair price without any “run-around”. In the end I got to meet Al Uber for the finance part of my purchase, he was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Noise from rear tire I was about to travel to NY and was worried about the sound coming from the rear tires with just having new tires put on. Austin went above and beyond I was about to travel to NY and was worried about the sound coming from the rear tires with just having new tires put on. Austin went above and beyond to make certain I traveled safely. Very polite and understanding of my situation with me asking for same day service and the service department accommodated to ensure my vehicle was safe.
