The sales man bent over backwards to get me approved but after that part was done I feel that the higher ups changed the price that me and the sales man discussed to justify the trade in amount. Our saleseman, Franco was great! He was polite and courteous. He made the process quick and painless. I was so happy to not have to haggle or go back and forth about the price or wha He was polite and courteous. He made the process quick and painless. I was so happy to not have to haggle or go back and forth about the price or what the car needed. The dealership honored the posted online price and there were no hidden fees or extras except tax and title. Because of this experience, I would go back and I would request Franco. The finance guy, DID NOT like it that I came in preapproved and refused to allow him to run my credit and "find a better deal." He was a bit snarky about it. My preapproval simplified and streamlined the process and I will be going in preapproved when I purchase my next vehicle. I do think my car should've been a bit more detailed. There were parts I ended up having to clean myself after I got it home and a couple of items lodged between the seat and console that belonged to the former owner. Also, disappointingly there was no "new car smell" or refresher of any kind used in it . It smelled weird inside until I went and purchased air fresheners. I am thoroughly enjoying my car despite any disappointment I experienced in the buying process.
