Started out with a good experience in parts department. I ordered a new key fob and key for my car. I was contacted twice on updates. When part came in I was informed and transferred to service an appointmen ordered a new key fob and key for my car. I was contacted twice on updates. When part came in I was informed and transferred to service an appointment was set up. I called back later and asked to add a oil change the girl said no problem. I arrived at dealership for appointment and headed to the waiting room. Sorry there was no coffee not dealers fault. I returned to service department and mentioned that one of my tires had a slow leak and again I was told no problem. Everything was taken care of and was sent on my way with a good experience from all..they are staffed with friendly and courteous employees. More
The dealership is great. The people are friendly and helpful. I have one suggestion is when they know that a nonford vehicle is in for and oil change that they have the filters ready and don't have the helpful.
