I found Ganley Ford through an inventory search on Ford.com. They had the truck I wanted and at a good price due to a number of discounts. I called first before leaving the Columbus area. Franco verified availability and started the paperwork. My old truck broke down less than halfway through the 2 hr. trip. I contacted Franco to let him know I may not make it that day and the dealership arranged for someone to pick me up. Once there, the process was quick and easy due to Franco’s preparation. More
