We took a test drive on the Escape we wanted and also in another that was a possibility. We chose a red Escape Titanium, made our deal, and drove it away. Poor Customer Service Had an issue with a water pump on a truck that was bought by my 19 year old son. The truck was off the lot less then a week. Called and spoke to three diffferent managers and not one of them wanted to make the situation right. Offered to split the cost of the repairs 50/50. Mind you the water pump is under warranty. Not one time did anyone say, we are sorry please bring the truck back and we will get it fixed. I had to take the truck to ANOTHER Ford dealership. The attitude, the disrespect, and the none caring of the staff is very disappointing. My son loves his Ford but I can guarantee we will never buy from your dealership again. Which is to bad, we are looking to buy two new trucks at the beginning of the year. More
