Very easy to work with and accommodating. Worked with me one other dealerships said they couldn’t. Although signing any sort of contract can be tedious, they made it very painless and quick. Well I have the car for 4 miles and I had trouble Well I have the car for 4 miles and I had trouble starting it. When I finally got the car started I got error message lights of check engine track o Well I have the car for 4 miles and I had trouble starting it. When I finally got the car started I got error message lights of check engine track off and VSC lights . Take the car back to Ganley Ford they kept it for over a week before they got back to me about it . I returned the loaner car that they gave me. they give me the keys and didn't tell me anything they did it to the car. When I went out to the car to get into it and noticed that there was scratches and stuff on the front end as if the car hit. I went back in to the dealership and was told they didn't do anything to the car. So because of this experience I would not be recommending Ganley Ford West as a dealership that I would use again . More
