Took my car in for a drivers door ajar switch recall, had a rental for 4 weeks due to a back ordered door panel screw? Not sure why it took so long, I can’t think of any door panel screw that would require a a rental for 4 weeks due to a back ordered door panel screw? I'm worried and sad because this dealership is not the same like before under another administration. Before they treat us with respect and consideration, the boss send to someone to peak up the client at same like before under another administration. The repairs was not to expensive, etc., etc. I changed the Starter to my truck and they charged me $. 488.00. I'm disagree. I'm older costumer, and let me tell you, this is the last time. I was checking the price out side and was very cheap. About 8 month ago they changed the Radiator to my truck and still making a lot noise, they tried to fixed but still the same, so that's I'm living, I don't know if you care, but I'm sure you going to lost more costumers...... My TCM went out on Thursday night. I called Jeremy at Hanley Ford and he was honest and said that he would try to look at my vehicle Friday but it probably wouldn't be until Monday before it could be ser Hanley Ford and he was honest and said that he would try to look at my vehicle Friday but it probably wouldn't be until Monday before it could be serviced. True to his word the car was serviced repaired and all safety recalls were also completed. Everything was covered by Ford and my technician Mike was thorough in explaining what was repaired as well as what might need service soon. Great experience. More
